The only quests i use and i think are at the Top of my book, are Fusion city Rising / Outcasts and Remnants / Depravity - A Harnkess but if fun / Atomic radio and Tales from the Commonwealth / Project Valkyrie They give me companions, the sydney ring from Peter, add more armor and other stuff.
