Looking for clear water mod

I am using Pure Waters and I love it, but I always find it weird that underwater it looks like this:

Anyone have or can make a mod to make the underwater pure too?

I use WATER http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13268/?. I don't have that using this. But it may be a setting in your Skyrimpref causing that. Check and see if bDepthofField=0 is that way. If it =1 I heard that may cause it.
