RightButton Posted October 19, 2021 Share Posted October 19, 2021 (edited) First of all, all I am saying here is my opinion, and none of this should be taken as a fact.The Fallout 4 crafting system can feel somewhat old a bit too fast, and it happens because, while the game gives you many crafting options for your weapons and armor, most of them feels useless when you can simply choose the best one of them. The receiver with the highest damage output, the short or long barrel with the smallest amount of weight, the shoulder stock with the highest recoil reduction, and similar things presented on the crafting system. That said, it would be nice to have a game mod that would make the crafting system more impactful by either simplifying what we already have or perhaps following a route similar to New Vegas' crafting system. Unfortunately, I don't have the knowledge and experience to make a proper mod out of this idea, and, even if people might disagree with it, I do believe this is an option that should be available to the public.EDIT: Now that I think about it, let me make a little extra request: if you guys think this sounds impossible to make, or at least not worth the hassle, I would like to know why, please.
