Weapon Damage is suddenly heavily decreased

I got no clue where it went wrong. For some reason my mace suddenly does 4 DAMAGE... All the weapons are heavily under-scaled. i tried a lot of things like reinstalling every mod, google for 32178574 hours. all the s#*!.

 

Hell i even tried to re-wyrebash them mods over 5 times. NOTHING worked.
