Idgrod the younger have a black face

Hello everyone,

I write this topic because I'm done with a bug.

I don't know why, but Idgrod the Younger have a black face, and I can't get rid of it. I tried to export the facegen data in CK multiple times, I tried to install different replacers for her, I tried to uninstall Shiva's vanilla hair replacer (because it includes facegen) but nothing works. She still have this freaking ugly face.

I tried to google my problem, but the only thing I found to get rid of a black face is to export the facegen data, but I already tried, and it doesn't work.
