TheNCR1 Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 In 2241 after the Enclave were defeated by the Chosen One the people of Vault 13 and the the people of Arroyo have united to rebuild Arroyo and use the G.E.C.K to help building and farming. In 2281 40 years after Fallout 2 the city have grown up and from a tribe the place turned into a major and morden city. The idea is to create a power armor that combines tribe symbols but Vault-Tec symbols that means both communists have combined into one. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dangman4ever Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 (edited) A better idea of what exactly you're looking for would help. Like describe in detail what exactly you're looking for. That is unless you just want the T51b armor with a tribal symbol on one shoulder and a Vault 13 symbol on the other shoulder. Also, an example of the Arroyo tribal symbol would help as well.
