My game doesn't work with mods.

I just started trying to mod today. I think I've done alright for the majority of the time, but when I went to try and use the mods in the game, it doesn't load any save files- forcing me to close and reopen the game, and it doesn't let me create any new save files with it. The regular game without mods works just fine and will let me play it with no problems. But using the mods version of the game just doesn't want to load. I have no idea if it's a mod- the ones in red aren't the problem, as I was able to create a new game even with those so it might be one of the new mods I had added afterward. I have the log, but I don't know if that'll help figure out the situation.

- Custom Community Centre 1.0.2 because it needs SMAPI 3.13.0-beta.0.0.1 or later. Please update SMAPI to the latest version to use this mod.

This is your problem. You have the version made for the 1.5.5 beta

either opt in for beta or update all mods to beta

So, I had decided to just stick with 3.12.8 SMAPI, getting rid of mods that I didn't need or wouldn't work without 3.13-beta SMAPI. I figured out that I have to wait a couple minutes for the new character to be created.

The problem is, I can't load up save files until I create a new save file every time I open SMAPI. Then it loads all past save files, along with the new one. It could just be because I'm using a laptop with Windows 8, but is there a way to open up the save files right off the bat without making a new file?

I already tried waiting for multiple minutes, but I always have to close the game, reopen it, make a new file, exit back to the title, and then finally get to the save files. It isn't bad, but it's very tedious and takes at least 3-5 minutes before I can even start playing the game.
