Morthal, Dawnstar, and small villages in the north appear with black textures

I'm trying to figure out an issue i'm having with morthal, dawnstar, and some small villages surrounding. I'm getting black textures and I can't figure out why. I've tried verifying files and it hasn't helped, I've tried adding and removing mods but it hasn't changed. I've read that black textures can be caused by memory issues but I have plenty of memory (2080ti) and i've modded skyrim much more in the past than this without this issue. I'll drop a picture to see if you guys might be able to help. I'll post mod list in a comment

To be honest, I usually have to take a couple of swings at solving issues like this, but...It reminds me of the black face bug., which was a missing navmesh issue, if I remember correctly. You might start there, open up the cell with CreationKit, or you might need to verify file integrity, worst case, if that mesh is missing or conflicting. It's possible that by combining several overhauls, you might've somehow overwritten it with some bs. I'd start there, or you could hold off until someone who has actually had that issue exactly, and knows the fix answers you. If it's not a navmesh conflict, or missing, idk what it would be. My money is on that, but I'm just spitballing. I do remember something about vRam causing something too, tho. Did you use the vRam test from the ENB site, and do the whole allotment of RAM to virtual vRam thing? I can't imagine you'd need more than the 10 or 12Gb your card has, but I'm no expert. Best of luck to you, man.

I've never dealt with navmeshes before but I'll have to look into that first since i've looked into the other things. I haven't changed the amount of ram to vram though because I can't find a definitive answer on where to do that. Normally there is an option for vram in ENB's but the enb i'm using (rudy for cathedral) doesn't have an option for me to input the vram in. I did however have it pulled up and my dedicated vram is 11, while my shared is at 26. The game did get up to 10.5 at certain points, but even in southern area's nothing texture wise seemed to be missing and this is exclusive to snowy areas.

I hate everything, it ended up being the vivid-landscapes orc houses parallax mod. I uninstalled everything after trying stuff all last night and today and just went through one by one. Glad its solved now lmao, thank you for trying to help!
