Seeing Water Base

I recently just downloading a lot of mods, I've beat the game before just kind of trying to have a f*** around game this time around. Anyways, everything a base of water is in the area thats all I can say and its pretty much dominant over all the area, its playable, but quite obnoxious at times. I've tried troubleshooting and disabling mods and none of it seems to work.

This is my load order:

I don't usually respond to load order questions because I just never used that many. But...

1) Shouldn't Fellout-Full load BEFORE the Fellout add-ons?

2) You're water problem could be from Enhanced Weather. Have you tried removing all of those mods (especially the rain ones)? If yes, then they must have installed loose file that overwrite stuff in the \landscape sub-folders of \meshes and \textures. Open the original archives to see what files were put into these folders and remove them.

3) Wait for some else's advice who knows more than me about load orders.

Thanks for responding, I have disabled (one at a time usually) the fellout mods, and have also tried disabling the Enhanced Weather mods, even uninstalling them.

I will try moving the load order of the FELLOUT game mode, but as well, there is a mod unlisted which is the Extended Fallout Textures on Ultra. It seems they can have issues, but I don't know how to fix it yet.

Again, these kinds of mods don't add an ESM or ESP, but instead add new meshes and textures that overrule original files. Ultra high textures take up a lot of memory on your video card and if you have too many, it can cause your card to do unwanted things. Like I said before, you may have to remove files from:

\Data\textures\landscape (and subfolders of this folder)

... to completely remove certain texture mods.

You should definitely download and run BOSS. It's not perfect but it puts most mods in a good load order and provides a great start for tweaking.
