LoginToDownload
After running into one of the most inept assassins ever at Level 5 (Stormed the entire guildhall and was laid low by a Paralysis spell), I found my way into Mournhold's sewers. The Dark Brotherhood were mostly manageable opponents thanks to my Bound Longbow, though I ended up leaning heavily on Invisibility to get to their leader. So far, all my attemps on his Level 55 life have revealed are A: A Sneak of 75 is nothing to him, even from behind, B: He can wipe out a Golden Saint without really trying, and C: He has too much Health, Willpower and armor for my toughest attacks to make a dent in him. When they hit at all. Trying to weave this into a coherent plotline, I can kind of justify console-killing him or upping my Sneak to 500 to take his contract (after all, he hasn't seen me). Is that enough for the assassinations to stop? If not, how many more quests? Should I just revert to a previous save and pretend the assassination attempts aren't happening until I get to a decent level?
JazzBlack
thers a mod which will stop the attacks until you are nervine (probaly not spelt right) or champion of a house, or ashland via mainquest it makes more sense in the long run of the main tribunal quest. also, after you take out the leader of DB i think you just talk to the king and he'll put a stop to it. So youv odne it you just need to finish it.
