So here's an unexplained problem

I started a new game, no new races or anything, Valen Dreth still talks to me. Everything seems ok until the Emperor and his guards get to my cell. The regular dialogue goes as normal, "my sons they're dead" etc.

 

When the guard says "Prisoner, over by the window, now!" I go over by the window and nothing happens. He repeats that line again and again. Ive tried moving closer to the window, moving side to side, jumping, sneaking, you name it. Does anyone know of a possible solution to get by this?

 

P.S. I put this in mod troubleshooting because I'm almost certain it has something to do with a mod.

Could be, however without knowing what mods you have active, it's hard to say.

 

The scripts related to this are rather generic, checking to see if the player is near a certain marker near the table. If you were to the back and left of the cell (from the door looking in) you would be in the wrong spot, you need to be in the back, right corner. For something like this it's probably a mod related to the prologue since the cells and NPCs involved with this part of the game are very specific, and shouldn't be affected by other mods.
