Adding *.obj file to body

Hi all,

 

First of all I would like to tell that I'm complete noob regarding mooding. I downloaded model from this site facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1227430. I wanted to have armors from MGS Peace Walker but I got stucked to how to add this model on my body. To make armor I'm using this toutorial: wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Fallout._Part_1

 

Please help me.
