Begone Mortal

I have way too many mods, but I was curious if anyone has any idea as to what mod causes all unoriginal NPCs to say "Begone Mortal"?

 

This seems to effect all of moDems citylife NPCs, all the NPCs Colorwheel has created, all companions, etc.

 

It really annoying to have a homeless child come up to you and sy "Begone Mortal"

 

If you guys have seen this before and know what mod does it, please let me know. It's driving me up a wall and I want nothing more than to delete the issue.

Do you have "Myths and Legends" installed, by any chance? This mod can cause issues with dialogue used by mod added NPC's.
