houses redecoration

we all know that oblivion comes with several major cities and in each one the player has the option to buy a house and the upgrades for it. The problem that i find is in the shacks.

they are pretty amazing houses in the game as in several mods you can download but i feel pretty bad for my character when she has to visit the little ones, i mean having all this money and being only able to buy the waterfront shack.

I know i can download pretty amazing houses but being and ocd gamer i like to have my game at 100% cokpletition and that only can be done by doing every single mission everywhere including buying the houses the game gives you.

So, my question is this, where can i find a mod that allows me to completly redecorate the tiny itsy pathetical little houses the game gives me like the waterfront shack, the one in leyawin and the one in bravil.

 

and im not only talking about interior decoration i mean the full reconstruction allowing you to actualy paint walls and get it totally pimp out. And like im no modder don't tell me about construction sets or anything like that.

 

If there's something out there that gives you choices please tell me about it if not could anyone be interested in doing this.

To be honest, I think the construction set is the way to go if you want something that customizable. It is very very hard to make a mod at those standards, and it is too much work just so you don't have to spend an hour or two learning how to use the TES Construction set. Also, once you have learned the gist of using the construction set, you will be able to customize almost anything you want. The changing textures of the walls etc. might need a bit more training then a few hours, but yeah.. an hour of practice and you should be able to create small houses etc. using vanilla features.
