[Vortex] ini changes are saved but don't apply on startup or file load.

So in my ini I have it set to 90 I did this in the file, in fo4 tweaker, and setting my fov in game to with console 90 and then typing saveini to lock in the changes. However, all these fixes don't work and whenever I load a save after the changes have been made it reverts to 80 fov. Though, its not that my ini is not saving because when I type refreshini my game realizes this and goes back to 90 fov that is stated by my ini. I think I can make an auto exec to automatically refreshini every startup, but I hoping I can hold out for non scuffed solution. Any ideas?

I had a similar issue but plonking around in BethINI https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/67 eventually worked, originally I couldnt get the game to borderless window to my full resolution, but be careful, there is a setting called "Modder's Playground" which makes a bunch of invisible markers visible, and somehow that got stuck on for a moment even after disabling it, so plonk at ur own risk.
