Load Order (Worked the first time crashed in game, now it doesn't

So basically I followed Gophers Guide to modding Fallout 3 and sorted the load orders out to what I thought they should be.

I know there are lots of unchecked ones there I left them there just in case that was the problem though I doubt it.
I have my F3 running with FOSE and @ 4GB Ram.
What is now happening is my game will load all nice but I get no cursor and no menu to start playing now I thought this could be down to a HUD Mod but to my knowledge I don't have one. Thanks for your help or just for even taking a look at this for me I know a wall of text isn't appealing hah!

I did the BOSS load order thing I also looked at the Load Order Report and under a lot of the Patches (FOIP) it says *The current load order of this mod doesn't match the current template. Will the Merge Patch fix this problem I have or will it just save my current load order as if it already works? I am looking into the FO3Edit now. Thanks!
