LoneGhostOne
ok so i know a mod is probably not adding this, but for some reason skyrim gets really blurry whenever i turn my character, or move, and also when im in areas with weird lighting like dungeons, i would really like some help with this as it hurts my eyes a lot. i have already looked at the motion blur options in the .ini file, but it is set to 0, if anyone has any suggestions, or knows of a mod that fixes this, please let me know

aparecido
Hi!I actually have the same problem as the original poster. I thought that the problem was due to bad mod, but no. The problem persists even without mods. Have tried the .ini file, but no use. Atm I simply cannot play due to this graphic bug.If anyone has some kind of resolution to this I am all ears.Mobo : ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0CPU : AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core Processor (4M 8T 3.89GHz, 2.26GHz IMC, 4x 2MB L2, 8MB L3)GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4890 (800SP 960MHz/850MHz 12% OC, 1GB DDR5 3.84GHz 256-bit)RAM: 10GbOperating system Win 7, 64bit
vlaka
I came across this bug a while back (around march) it had to do with Nightvision being activated even though I wasn't a Khajit, Vampire or werewolf. Are you using any vampire/werewolf mods? Predator vision? using enb? take a look at this topic: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/872861-tutorial-removing-unwanted-magic-effects-from-the-player/

The problem seems to occur when i turn to look my surroudings. Running or standing whilst not turning my mouse results in perfectly sharp character. I'm kinda in a dilemma since I dont know how to fix this problem. Been trying to study the amd catalyst versions on which might work better (incase it is due to my driver).. vlaka
could try deleting your skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini and also renderinfo.txt and running the skyrimlauncher.exe so it generates new ones.

vlaka
good luck, hope it helps :)you could try lowering radial blur from the options when you use the skyrim launcher. Do you have vsync, AA, AF, FXAA enabled in game or your graphics card driver settings?
dhume878
Alright, I'm also having a similar problemIt seems that for me it more has to do with my mouse focus. If I walk around staring at the sky or the mountains they seem to stay in focus quite nicely. But as soon as I walk around as I normally would (maybe I hang my head or have bad posture) everything past 20 feet seems to go out of focus. Kharimoonfox
i discovered a fix thanks to a comment on youtube this worked for me so GL Frits Vervaecke2 years ago To change the 'blur', simply change the dynamic resolution. While in-game, press Shift + End. The blur should disappear or at least be reduced. If not, try using Shift + Home, Shift + Pg Up or Shift + Pg Dn for different dynamic resolution modes.
