Mod that increases assault damage.

someone willing to make a mod that increases the damage of the Assault feat, perhaps removing the damage penalty from each attack.

 

Or maybe someone can tell me if it's possible to mod Dragon age origins without using Dragon age toolsset, I can't get this program to work.
