Getting mods to work in Mod Organizer 2/Getting mods to show up/work in game

To anyone with extensive knowledge about modding with Mod Organizer 2, I need help and/or advice I recently bought Fallout 4 for my new pc capable of running anything and I'm at my wit's end about mod installation using Mod Organizer 2 and/or LOOT. I don't really know anything when it comes to modding, and I just want to enjoy the game with mods. When I go to the Mods Load Order screen in game, not only are there no pictures of the mods by their names, there are also no descriptions of the mods either. I downloaded pretty much all the mods in the "Fusion City Rising" saga including all additional mods (Outcasts and Remnants, Project Valkyrie, Depravity and HotC.) I also downloaded CBBE, BodySlide and Settler and Companion Dialogue overhaul because they were also additional (and optional) mods for the whole shebang. I also can't log into my Bethesda.net account in game. What I want to know is this:

1: Why are my mods not seemingly being recognized in the game itself?

2: What Load Order should I have these mods and how do I go about sorting them?

3: Why can I not log into my Bethesda account in game?

My current mods installed are as follows:

Body, Face & Hair

CBBE

Models & Textures

Valkyr Face and Body Textures (Currently in Overwrite folder in MO2)

Cheats

Depravity - Keep Your Items

OaR - Keep Your Items

Quests

50 Ways to Die at Dr. Nicks

Depravity - A Harmless Bit of Fun

Fusion City Rising

HotC

Outcasts and Remnants

Project Valkyrie (Currently in Overwrite folder in MO2)

Settler and Companion Dialogue Overhaul (Currently in Overwrite folder in MO2)

Don't know what category to put this in

Flirty Commonwealth

Thank you in advance to anyone who is able and willing to help me out.
