Random CTDs, Footprints/Wet and Cold?

Hey, I'm having oddly frequent CTDs and I'm not sure why. I'm afraid to think that it has something to do with Wet and Cold or Footprints because I really love those mods. Here's the last bit of my most recent two CTDs, hopefully someone can decipher them and help me out.

Both papyrus logs end with ChatterTrigger scripts, mentioning a "missing or zero refcount." Does anyone know what this means?

I am having some random CTDs and use both of those mods, and I remember reading in a FPS and CTD guide that those two mods can cause issues, But I can't confirm if they are the cause.
