[LE] Having trouble with a talking activator's custom model

Am having a bit of a mystery here. I have a custom model, complete with custom collisions, that I want to use for a talking activator. The issue is when I spawn it ingame, it is frozen in place, and can't be clicked on. More odd, is that when I use the custom mesh with a troll skull collision, it works flawlessly.
