SSE Invisible Skin Shader?

I am trying to create a shader that makes skin invisible for a skeleton race so the skeletons can wear any armor even from other mods without showing the human skin, I want ot try to replicate what this mod does, I have tried just asking if I can use the shader but the author hasn't responded for a few weeks.
