Guest deleted73800458
My C drive is only 237Gb to much restriction, so i have a 5 TB external backup SSD, so i delete steam and Skyrim SE from C drive as all steam library, the go and reinstall Steam Vortex and Skyrim SE to my D drive then check all in and making sure Steam Vortex and Skyrim SE are all set to D drive, and then go into Vortex and delete all mods, by deleting all mods in mods staging folder then empty Vortex of all plugins as well, making sure start fresh, and then click on skyrim se then check in mods, on Bethesda, and go to load order, delete all mods, then go to steam D drive, uninstall Skyrim se then do a clean reinstall to D drive 4.8 TB then wait 2 hr 26mins then start a fresh mod reinstall, then i can install about 1TBs of mods for Skyrim SE, also i might be able to use zEdits, merging esp mods so i can go past the 255 esp mod limit, thinking wonder where JEDI TREES gone. or no available at the moment. TheCrimsonDagger
If you don't want to start over from scratch you can just copy all the files over to the new drive, then "uninstall" skyrim on steam, then tell it to reinstall on to where you copied it, it'll scan and find all the files (it will also reacquire anything that is missing), then go into your mod manager and change all the file paths to their new locations, then go into your modding tools and change their file path settings as well. I've had to do this multiple times as my game and collection of mods gets bigger and bigger.
