In skyrim you can edit several parameters like density, texture geometry and area. But I can't find any option here in oblivion. Basically i'm using the glistening rain drops from the old Atmospheres mod and it's amasing, but I feel that the rain should be more dense on storm weather. Thanks. Damn, that's bad news. I have no idea how to edit those things. Nifscope is beyond my capabilities. The mod mentioned has custom textures too.
