What about quest from either from Three Dog "Damn it, i'm getting complaints from my listeners" or maybe from other wastlanders who want different music? To retrieve music in the form of records (tapes would have been nuked through the emp, surely) from locations (random, or not) to expand GNRs repertoire There are already some very cool mods that add external music this would just add an "ingame" explanation..
