[Mod Request] One Culture for the Map

I'd like a mod that overwrites all towns and locations on the map to have the same culture, preferably one I can select at the beginning of the game.

Look, I know the varying cultures in Calradia is a large aspect of the game, mechanics and story. However, there are a number of downsides that disrupt my enjoyment of the game. The fact that culture differences are so abrupt along some arbitrary line that if I conquer a land of my enemy, the armor sets and troop tree of the recruits I collect there are still completely distinct from my own. I know there are mods that change the cultures over time, but I would also like to see wars between factions where the outfits are more closely related. Calradia's cultures are based off of real world cultures and armies from across the planet and across time. It's cool, but realistically my French/English army shouldn't be facing off against mongol hordes and african tribes. If imma be doing a civil war, I'd have more fun if it felt like I was facing off against folk of my own prior nation.

That solution isn't perfect, I know. In a perfect world the game, or a mod, would force armies to supply their troops the gear of their choosing. They would either have to purchase the horses, helmets, and weapons they wanted, or produce it in house with their own workshops in their fiefs. Troops recruited would be trained on the field or in a town/castle, and lords could elect what troops of what level receive what equipment. If I was a poor lord and had poor land, or none, the equipment of my army would suffer, and higher tier equipment would be saved for my most elite units. But if I was super wealthy, I could outfit even my levies with basic armor and weapons, losing some of it on the field, but able to replace those losses more easily. Factions with armies in flat lands and steppes with an abundance of horse resources would lean towards a more mobile army, while wooded and mountainous terrain would be majoritively infantry or rangers. Each factions producing based on their resources or benefitting terrain. But alas, this is not a perfect world. That's not the game we have, and that's a damn hard mod to make. So I can settle for a uniform culture mod to make my battles look more grounded and play more fair.
