Pitch Black Nights/Colors with uncapped Framerate (Cathedral Weathers)

Hey,

 

so as the Title says im having this weird bug that the Nights or the Colors get Pitch Black with framerate 144.

If i tab out to the desktop and back in it is fixed for 3 seconds and than it gets black again.

Im using Cathedral Weathers and Rudy ENB btw...

 

hope someone can help me...
