Not a project you can do on your own, imho. This would be a team effort. (or a loooong time of non-stop work for 1 very experienced modder, which I am not)

 

I can build the vault, create models & textures and do simple animations, but not all that would be required to get it done (in a way that fits with the present lore and all)

Additionally it should be noted that it is impossible to build the vault 'inside' the worldmap water. (Where you can look inside from the outside and vice versa) as there is no way to create a dry bubble of air, needed for inside the vault.

 

You can only create a 'dummy' outside and do the inside as a interior cell with load doors and such like most buildings.

There are two Vault 120 mods.

Original (Unfinished, modder resource)

Buildout (Overdone, huge chasms, still borks V111 door somehow (even after the fix went in), otherwise not bad).

 

There was a "Lost Vault" mod that was removed from nexus presumably during the Great Purge of 2021, author unknown ATM.

Haven't been to that part of the commonwealth in a while. IIRC it was underwater (barely) SW on map E of V95, having genepool xeno-phobe/phile issues...
