I'd like to change the clothes sound when I crouch or getup!

 

It's not bad, but I think it can be better.

 

I closely checked SNDR tap really hard,

focusing on wpn/fx/fst

 

But I really couldn't find one.

The Sound Descriptors are called "NPCHumanCrouchDown" (FormID: 000A0F4E) and "NPCHumanCrouchUp" (FormID: 000A0F4D). To make them loader or quiter, use the Static Attenuation slider.
