Ideally, everything should match the same preset.But some mods will have clipping anyway, and you then have to fiddle by shrinking the lower layers, which can then cause problems elsewhere. You open NMM download "bodyslides and outfit studio", run that app (its in your 'Data/Tools/' folder ) pick the big boob preset on the drop down menu, then click 'batch build'. I Hope that helps you.
