Oblivion unofficial Patch = Stuck in Prison Cell at Start

Hey there,

 

i have a new clean Oblivion Installation and a new clean MO2 Installation.

 

I use the Bevilex Modlist : https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/47591?tab=description

 

2 Things : OBSE wont create the OBSE/Plugins Folders . But i made it myself and the dlls in there are working.

 

But if i activate the unofficial Oblivion Patch the Game doesnt start the Dialoge in the prison cell. I copied the prison cell fix of the UOP in the Plugins Folder, but nothing changes.

 

 

If someone can tell me what i am doing wrong ?

Fixed ... needed the german translation of UOP ... NARV
