LE Staff/spell to spread blood decals on the ground/walls

Hello modders, :thumbsup:

I've been making videos in Skyrim lately and I've wanted to be able to place blood decals on the ground/floor/walls in game. I would have thought there would be a console command for this, but it seems like there's no command that I can find (if there is a console command I'm missing, please let me know.) Currently, my only option is to use the console to spawn a monster, then kill it to get blood on the ground, and even then the blood isn't necessarily where I would want it to be.

So, since I'm not a modder, I have a request if someone could please mod it for me:
Is it possible to make a spell or a staff that just spreads blood decals wherever you target and cast? If someone could make this for me, I would love you. :smile:

Also, I'm using the "Enhanced Blood Textures" mod by dDefinder1 http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/60 so if it could be compatible with that, that would be preferable. (I've been using this mod for a long time and I honestly don't even remember if there were blood decals in vanilla Skyrim.)

Sorry for the bump, I know we're not supposed to do that, but it's been a couple days and now my post is buried 6 pages back with no replies. :sad:

Anyone able to do this for me in some way, or even tell me how to do something myself? I would be happy with any way to just put blood on the ground and/or walls in game in real time, even if someone could just tell me a console command if there is one. I couldn't find any command, and I'm surprised if there isn't one.
