Idoldissr
Hi...I'm really new to the modding experience. And, I've noticed that the body-replacer mods are mostly for player-character...but, I would like to know how to change some of them to apply to Npcs. In my mind, it seems like it should be a fairly easy task; but then I am a newbie. Is it just a matter of changing the "character" folder to "npc"? or is there a lot more to it? What am I missing? DarkSpyda04
The body replacer replaces NPC's bodies as well. If you give your character B Cup, all female NPC's will now have B Cup. The question I'd be asking is how I can stop this behavior and apply bodies by race or individual NPC so that I have A-Cup, one NPC has B-Cup, and another NPC has C-Cup as means to add some variety. The only alternative I can think of is the clothing. Thanks to video game logic, clothing is its own thing and does not go by what your body size is. You can wear a B-Cup shirt and have D-Cup when you remove the clothes. You and every NPC would have D-Cup but so long as you don't plan on looking at NPC's naked their body size would be dictated by the clothing they wear. This is the only alternative I can think of. LordEmm
Or you could use something like SetBody: http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/39966/? With this you can go around and set body sizes to every NPC you meet. Of course that will not change the armor sizes, only the body underneath. For armors/clothes you would have to first duplicate the armor you want to change size/become unique/get BBB, then you would have to add that armor via mod, then you would have to add said armor to the NPC, and remove all others to make sure they will wear that. It is not very difficult but a lot of work if you want to individualize every NPC this way. Much easier are general replacer mods (all default armors have been BBB'd and there are many that replace some default armors with BBB versions as well). But of course that way you end up with all NPC wearing the same size armor. So if you are willing to do a lot of work and individualize the clothes and armors, that can be done. There sadly is no spell for changing armor sizes. However you COULD get one that lets you access the NPCs inventory and you could make them wear your custom armor that way. Idoldissr
Interesting...looks like I have more research to do, then. Thanks for the input. I may very well play with the "Setbody" mod and see what I can come up with.
