LE Is there a mod that makes the map stop centering on my location?

I don't like the way Skyrim's map acts as a GPS that shows my exact location. I found a mod to remove the arrow itself but whenever I open the map it still centers on my current location and I can see exactly where I am. Is there a way to make it stop doing that?

I use the same mod, and to my knowledge there is no mod that does this, if there was, it would likely be included in the suggestions for that map mod.
