Strange attack animation bug.

So when I am standing still and attacking, on the first swing if I start walking forward, the attack animation resets and starts from the beginning, but the attacks still count so I attack three times in one swing.

 

It only happens when I stand still and attack once, then walk forward. If I swing continually before walking, nothing happens.

 

The sequence goes like this:

Attack(x1hit) > Walk Forward > BUG! Attack (x2hit ?!)

Normal > In the middle of attack > Resets the animation and hits twice in one swing

It appears that FNIS is the culprit. Whenever I apply the "Gender Specific Animations PATCH", the bug shall persist. Works fine without that patch though.
