The different ENBs only provide different settings.

So what you want to do is use the ENB Binaries d3d11.dll and the d3dcompiler_46e.dll from the Wrapper folder downloaded from the ENB site and copy them to your directory. Then you download the provided ENB and copy what you want (according to the description in the same place)

If you run a Weather Mod you also need ENB Helper.

Before Installing an ENB its good to install the Skyrim Particle Patch http://enbseries.enbdev.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1499

I would also say its for the best to decide on Lightning FX mod first before installing a Weather mod but the Particle Patch must come first.

(If you use Enhanced Lights and FX and run a Weather Mod too install only the main file, not ELFX Weathers) There is also ELE (Enhanced Lightning for ENB) alternatively.

Then only thing you can do is tweak ENB settings.

You can also use ReShades but its good to decide which one is going to provide specific effects. Meaning that you have Anti Alliasing provided via ReShade/ ENB/ GPU/ Game Launcher. So you want to decide what will give you Anti Alliasing. ENB AA is the best. If you don't run ENB than ReShade's SMAA.

Same goes for Ambient Occlusion. ReShade's MXAO needs some configuration to make it look good both in the distance and close. ENB's AO is usually perfect out of the Box and already configured.

Then all that remains is configuring ENB Ini file. Inside the txt file you will find sections that mention the word ''Quality'' if its 0 Its very good but may be Performance Taxing, try to change the setting to 1. If you want more Performance and still want the ENB colorgrading and Visuals change it to 2.

There isn't really noticeable difference in Visual Quality with these settings. I would say your Drivers Anisostrophic Philtering is more important.

This is what you need to know for Performance purposes.

In short you don't want to double the effects from Ambient Occlusion or AA or HDR (Use only one source for each) and how much Post Processing of Textures you need x2 or x4 times etc. will depend on your FPS. So this is where you play with your Drivers Anisostrophic Philtering and ENBs Quality setting. Then its up to your Drivers Quality vs Performance Settings.

Do note, the biggest factor for Visuals is your Monitor and GPU Calibration (Contrast/ Gamma/ Digital Colors)

Another tip is Parallax. It gives better Visual Quality even with lower texture size thus allowing you more room for increasing Post Processing effects. SSEParallaxShaderFix for example makes a great difference in Objects and Architecture.

I think the newest ENB provides Parallax but there is the Parallax Terrain it has which looks buggy. (Terrain may look stretched) This has to be disabled via the INI if thats the case.

Lastly about Noble Skyrim and JK's compatibility: Whatever is installed last will overwrite.
