In sneak after stealth kill camera goes strange on enemy?

I have a light load order (50 mods).

 

Only 1 combat mod wildcat and get up faster

2 mods that effect enemies (obis and sky test)

Other mods that affect followers and some texture mods

 

In bleak falls and I notice it on stealth killls of draugr

 

Anyone else experience this

 

Not breaking game just seems a little off
