SSE A patch to remove the snow material flag from problematic meshes?

Accidentally posted this in Oldrim forums.... I was wondering if it would be feasible for someone to make a mod or patch that removes the snow completely from the meshes where it looks all weird and stretched in Windhelm and on some stone walls and pillars? I think no snow at all would look preferable to those long collections of vertical lines called snow on these objects.
