LE invisible potion aura/potion aura remover

Could somebody please make a mod that replaces all potion aura effects with a blank/invisible texture, similar to the remove glowing edges mod, to cut back the unnecessary magical effects and improve immersion.

 

Or if this is a harder task than I am imagining, could somebody explain the game limitation or difficulty behind doing this?
