SSE How do I make vortex sort my newly published mod for users

Short version:

 

I'm going to be publishing a new mod soon but i need to make sure it sorts properly in vortex for users that download it. How do i do this?

My mod adds a few npcs to an existing dungeon. As such, it needs to load before any sound or lighting overhauls or anything else that changes the dungeon's base data. (Otherwise the effects of those mods will be undone). I don't want to publish until i'm sure this won't be an issue but i have no idea what I do in this regard.
