SSE In game npc editer?

So, In fallout 4, the AFT mod (Amazing follower tweaks) allows you to edit the looks of your followers, by useing the in game looks menu to alter them. Does such a mod exist for SSE yet? If not, can someone please make one.

 

(Specifically, one that lets me edit the faces of npcs.)

What a coincidence, I stopped in here looking for the same thing. Really, I just want to apply some face/warpaint to an NPC Follower without having to do anything in Creation Kit or SSEEdit. I was looking at Project Proteus but I don't need all those features. I just a simple way to edit the NPC appearance.

The Manipulator, offered over at LL, provides a Racemenu interface that can be used on any targeted NPC (as long as they are alterable). There might be other mods that provide such an interface, idk. But Manipulator is what I use.

 

The racemenu instance it calls up for non-player characters is limited to the main menu sliders. No face sculpting and no preset loading/saving, but otherwise identical
