Nifskope misaligns UV map

I have a model UV mapped and textured but Nifskope doesn't seem to correctly use the UV map. One portion of it is correct while the rest is completely misaligned. It appears correctly in Blender, only. It appears wrong in Nifskope and the game. I found some information about Num UV Sets but it seems like that was for an older version.

Edit: Fixed. I made a new nif from scratch, re-mapped UV's in new configuration, re-baked textures and exported meshes.
