SSE Lakeview manor grass patch

Maybe someone could make a patch to get rid of the most grass textures on Lakeview manor territory. I am using a quite a few grass mods in tandem as well as Origins of Forest mod, which clutters the territory with a lot of clipping and out of place grasses. Especially considering I am also using Lakeview Manor Upgrades mod, that adds walls and guard barracks. I am already using all the available patches for that area, but they do minor changes.

I assume it's a pretty easy task, but I am barely familiar with Creation Kit, while someone who knows what to do could do it in 10 minutes.

It might be something like ultimate grass fix mod for Lakeview manor, so that it would work for any user mod setup.
