hey im new to the modding scene and ive encountered this bug i cant use/interact with enchating tables or workbenches or grindstone the bug looks something like this

Load an earlier save when it was working for you or start a new game. If the bug still persists then look for other solutions. Skyrim do be like that sometimes sadly :c. Besides that lanterns plugin should be below Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp in load order.

unfortunatly i dont have any earlier saves where this problem doesnt occur is there anything i can do about it?

Im not sure about this but i think it is a skeleton or animation glitch. Try horse riding or sitting on furniture or anything that makes your character use animations that kinda locks your movement for a second or interact with crafting stations with your weapons unsheathed.
