Completely unplayable after latest update

I tried starting a new game and the in the cart i look up and under right and left and the cart is under ground and sometimes flying. Its like my character is having a massive seizure or something :D

When i get to the end of the line. The last thing i hear is the horse thief shouting im not a rebel and then i just look into a wall and nothing more happens.

I have my game modded i just dont have any clue what mod is breaking the game.

Try Disabling all Mods except Unofficial Patch, SkyUI, Texture/ Mesh/ Lightning modifications and enable them after you've completed Helgen.

There is another workaround that completely eliminates Game starting Stability issues that might appear.

Install Alternate Start.

Run the Game, wait for Mods to load and MCM menus to initialize after Character Creation and then use the Statue of Mara Starting choices provided by Alternate Start. You can then choose the Vanilla Start from the Options so you will still have the Vanilla Start without issues.

 

This Carriage bug is quite old since Legendary Edition came out and happens if Mods that offer Scripts and other changes load during that time. You could also check for Game version and Unofficial Patch version to be correctly updated since Game updates tend to override the fixes from Unofficial Patch.

It seems skyrimprefs.ini needed some fiddling like going full screen and cant remember the rest. It works now with all mods and SKSE. Thanks for the help anyways :)
