HELP! My radio station stops playing.

Howdy y'all. Hoping some expert can advise, and crossing my fingers that the good karma earned by voice-acting in several mods will pay off.

 

I've been working on a quest for several years, and am finally very close to have it completed. Solved many game-breaking problems myself along the way, but I'm about to have to leave half my radio station on the cutting room floor!

 

I secured permission from authors/performers, mostly local guys I know and have worked with, to use their music. Actually recorded most of it myself. I have a DJ voice acted. There are 29 songs, and 20 DJ bits. Initially I was trying a semi-random deal like RadioNewVegas, but for some reason I couldn't get that to work. Grasping at random straws, I now have laid out an order where it would play through the songs once, and then again in a faux-random order, with the DJ bits sprinkled throughout, and this has been more successful.

 

In-game, it will only play a little over half the songs, then just stop, and the station never plays again. I try skipping the one it wouldn't play, and it instead plays the next one, then stops and will never play again. One time, I had RadioHello link first to a song in the middle of my list. In this instance it did not stop at the point it had been, and indeed finished the list, and looped back to the beginning as intended. Unfortunately I assumed it was working then and I stopped listening, but I bet it would have crapped out once it had played about 33 songs.

 

I originally had the 29 songs under one topic, using a relay to route back and forth. Now I have two topics, one for each set. No joy.

 

I have scoured the internet, but it seems I am the only person to ever have this problem.

 

At the moment I'm using 10 second excerpts of the songs for testing so I don't have to wait 3 hours to see that it's still broken.
