Durbatuluk
Okay, stupid question, but how do you place an island? I want to place a completely new area and I heard an island is the safest. How do I dictate where it is, how do I get started. . . Ect. Thanks.
Xanager
Ok, well, what I do whenever I make an island, is I use the free land out in the ocean. What you do is in TES Construction Set, make sure all of that ESM's and ESP's u want are loaded up. Then in the Cell View Window, look for Cell name. Scroll down till you find a place called Wilderness (doesn't really matter which coordinate it is). Then when you find a place that will be good for the new land, go to the top where it says "world" click on it and go down to Landscape editing. Click on it (note: you can also press H to get into that window) Then select how big you want the radius to be (1-30), and the fall off (100% be the steepest). Then click on the Cell window and where u want ur island to be, click (hold it) then drag, it will take a while for the land to be above the water. And when it is, it will look a little lighter than the surrounding land. And then when you have ur island, add the statics, npc, etc. -Enjoy!
