Definitive edition lacks keybinds for pitch up/down for the dodo, meaning it's impossible to fly one without the use of a controller. The original game had "Turret / Dodo up" and "Turret / Dodo down" keybinds that made flying with keyboard possible. See screenshot of original keybind menu below:

 

 

It also means the tank turret can't be moved up or down either, but I'm personally more concerned with not being able to fly a dodo at all. I'd love if someone could add these hotkeys back into the game, if possible.
