ToxicWhiteout
That's pretty gross. Why exactly would you even want that? Wouldn't you have to change the voices completely?
Trask
A more elegant solution, story-wise, would be a switch of fates where Vera Keyes was the ghoulified survivor of the war and she gets to fill Dean's role in the game. That would also work with the whole voice subplot with Christine and the auto-doc.

Yeah it would be a good twist, but she'd have to forget a lot (maybe just a fleeting memory here or there when she sees certain triggers). And of course the story is less tragic if she survives. Or was it even her that wanted it or did ghoulification and head-trauma rattle her memories and she adopted the desires and goals or someone close to her, Cloud Strife-style? So many exciting possibilities :)

So many exciting possibilities  Well she didn't really want to, she was being blackmailed by Dean to pull of the scam. Later I believe she had feelings for Sinclair, but with him dying trying to undo the booby traps he set up by the vault (he'd had a change of heart even thought he found out about the scam), they never had a chance to reconcile. So I suspect the memories like guilt and regret would be the strongest for her, but the greed for the vault was never a driving motivation for her. Well, that's what I'm saying, she thinks she wants the riches in the vault because she can't remember clearly but deep down she wants, uuuuh... closure I think is a good word. Riiight she thinks she wants the vault because of simple greed because she *can't* remember, not because of the tragic love story that dead money's core is based upon. But hey your entitled to your opinion, and if you think it's a winner run with it and see where it gets you.
