SSE Beyond my skill lvl. Console command Potions

So what I figured was going to be a "simple" task turned out to be a goal that I lack the skills to aquire.
at first I wanted to add a Food/potion that applied the effects of
DLC1VampireNextPerk

DLC1WerewolfNextPerk

and failed getting it to work.

 

I even looked at an older mod on Steam workshop to try and replicate the mod and update it for AE.

 

but once again failed.

 

the author of the LE mod maker (MontyX) seems to have fallen off the Skyrim modding scene in early 2016.

 

If anyone could try their hand at this, we might be able to make TCL potions for the console players to prevent softlocks (Like with what just happened with "THE CAUSE" with the pressure plates being stuck, preventing doors from opening.
